Check-in is at 16.00 hrs
Check-out is at 11.00 hrs
Early check-in & check-out is available on request, although a charge may apply.

 

Children and families
Children of all ages are welcome. A limited number of family rooms are available. Children up to the age of 11 stay free when sharing a room with 2 adults.

Cots and high chairs are available free of charge.

 

Communications – email, fax, modem & facilities
Fax, printing and photocopying facilities are available at Reception. There is free WiFi access at the hotel for residents.

 

Currency and credit cards accepted
The hotel accepts £ sterling and travellers cheques as well as all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Switch. All cheques must be accompanied by a valid bank card.

 

Disabled
The hotel has a level access. All public areas including toilets are all fully accessible. Ground floor bedrooms are available.

 

Laundry
A laundry and dry cleaning service is available at the hotel.

 

Medical and dental
24 local doctor/medical services available nearby.

 

Packed and picnic meals
Packed lunches & picnics are available. These need to be ordered the day before.

 

Pets
We allow pets into some bedrooms as long as not left unattended and not allowed on the furniture. Own bedding must be supplied. Dogs are welcome in the bar but not the restaurant and lounge and must be kept on a lead at all times within the hotel and grounds.

 

Restaurant
We serve meals in our Lounge and Restaurant. Breakfast is £12.95 for a full Scottish breakfast if not included in your room rate. Some dates Lunch & Dinner may be restricted so please book before arrival to avoid disappointment.

Gratuities are at the customers’ discretion

 

Smoking
No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the hotel. There are outdoor areas suitable for smokers.

 

Special diets
The hotel caters for just about any special diet, but advance notice is preferred. Vegetarian options are available at all times in the Lounge & Restaurant.

 

Special occasions – if you’re celebrating one during your stay....we can make it memorable....

Reception are happy to assist with arranging any of the following, to make your stay extra special - champagne, chocolates, flowers, celebration cakes etc.

Hotel reservations cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be charged in full.
Lodge or group cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged in full.
