CANCELLATION POLICY

A credit card is required to secure a booking. The card will not be used except in the event of a cancellation or no-show.

If a cancellation is made before 30 days of the day of arrival, there will be no charge.

If a cancellation is made 15 - 30 days before arrival, 50% of the expected cost of the booking will be charged.

If a cancellation is made 7-14 days before arrival, 75% of the expected cost of the booking will be charged.

If a cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival, the full cost of the booking will be charged.

In the event that the rooms are resold at the same price, there will be no cancellation fee charged.

Group bookings of 8 or more rooms have a different policy – please ask if this applies.
