ginger and spring onions, served on a bed of noodles.
Medallions of fillet steak, pan
fried with crushed pink, green and black peppercorns, flamed
with brandy and finished with cream.
Baked red peppers, stuffed with
broad beans, wholemeal rice, walnuts and mushrooms. Served
on a spicy tomoato sauce.
Two little ramekins - one of
delicate crème brulee and one of rich chocolate mousse.
Fresh banana roasted in golden
pastry and topped with a toffee and Drambuie sauce.
