The Award winning chef Neil Keevil, has been at Loch Kinord Hotel for 2 years. He is passionate about food and only uses local produce wherever he can. He also regularly visits the farms where our meat comes from, even helping the farmers with butchery.
During 2011, Neil will be hosting a series of cookery demonstrations where you can learn some of the skills and techniques used to produce the fantastic dishes on offer at the Hotel. Demos include a 2 hour demonstration followed by a lunch of the dishes prepared from £25.00 per person.
