Darne of Scottish Salmon
Grilled and served with asparagus and smoky bacon on a cream sauce.

Grilled goats cheese set on a bed of fresh salad leaves with pine kernels, accompanied by a homemade beetroot chutney.

Fillet of halibut topped with Scottish cheese and wrapped in bacon, baked in puff pastry till golden and served on a Chardonnay and fennel sauce.

Pan fried duck, cooked with cherries, ginger and spring onions, served on a bed of noodles.

Medallions of fillet steak, pan fried with crushed pink, green and black peppercorns, flamed with brandy and finished with cream.

Baked red peppers, stuffed with broad beans, wholemeal rice, walnuts and mushrooms. Served on a spicy tomoato sauce.
